Again, i thought today's a Monday.
[ Edited @ 9:20pm ]
Ok so anyway, i had lotsa fun camwhoring, studying and pretending to be artsy-fartsy today. I wanna file in my Maths worksheets which have to be handed up tomorrow, so i won't be updating properly. Sorry! :)

Yupp.. there's a million other pictures, but i'm really rushed for time :) So.. Good night readers! It's a new week ahead!
[/edited]

I knew it! wahahha. Feeling worried after reading that
Uncle Sha's waist is 28, i straight away tried on the newly bought jeans again and am very proud to say that i am NOT a 29! wahaha. The waist is very loose actually, but the bum area is tight. It just runs in the family, i tell you. These big asses we all seem to have. Hahha.. Darn.

Anyway i'm off for a study date and perhaps we're watching the film "
Singapore Gaga". It's held at The Arts House, thus the formal attire :P Aiyah actually i just needed a reason to wear the new blouse i just acquired from the
bestycouzy lahh. Tehehe.. Anyway i plan to get that pair of flats at Bugis later today too.
Yippeee!
Baju baru, seluar baru, beg baru, rambot baru, ear ring baru, kening baru, perfume baru (Bvlgari, you! Courtesy of the neighbour) and kejap lagi kasot baru.. Macam hari raya lah! wakkakakak...
On a more serious tone, what i really need now is an
attitude baru - attitude
suka datang sekolah,
suka buat homework and
suka belajarrr. Hohoho!

Just something i found :) Religion related, btw.

Grannies :)

I just love the fact that Daddy got the company lorry for the week, as with it, we could travel here and there like nobody's business. I mean, we did travel a bit without the lorry, but usually we end up planning but not doing due to the hassle of having to go up/down MRTs, busses or the hardship of having to flag taxis under the blazing sun or the pouring rain :)
With regards to the fact that Singapore's public transport is one of the best in the world, i grant you the right to call me lazy. Hohoho!

Anyway, I spent 3hrs on the edge of my seat today, watching the above Hindi movie, titled
Khakee, which by now i have placed as one of my favourite Hindi movies. Which prolly says alot, since the only few Hindi movies that got onto my list are the likes of classics such as "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai" and "Kal Ho Naa Ho".
Not like i'm an avid Hindi movie watcher, of course. (Meaning i only watch when some relative/friend pops the Vcds into the player, or when Vasantham Central kindly screens them.) So i guess i've not much to compare Khakee with. But hell, if it could make me bathe in 5 mins, i guess it gets my vote (I usually take 20 - 30 mins). Hahaha..
Well, after that, went to Grannies for a small Mother's Day celebration, which was.. kinda boring. Except when the whole group of us were laughing whilst watching "
My Name Is Earl". That show is darn hilarious, i tell ya :) 1030pm on Saturdays, Channel 5.

Faddy's so fat!
I ate like tons of stuff today man, seriously. You know some people, after eating, their stomach will like expand temporarily to store all the incoming food before digesting it properly, where it then shrinks back to normal size (thats my explanation lah)? Well, i am one of those people *looks at tummy* :( Booo!
K anyway, back to today.

I met up with my cousin
Anz as well as Win again, since they asked me along when they heard i needed to go shopping. Feeling indebted to their generosity, i told them to starve the whole day and eat only when i join them in the evening as i wanted to treat them.

Of all places at Arab Street (like Cafe Samar, ZamZam or Hajar Maimunah), they chose.... Banquet. Like aiyoh, so not special man. Haha. But it proved to be quite a good choice la, as Banquet offers so much variety of food. Furthermore, Anz's mummy was working there so we had discounts all around.
Save sikit duit Faddy :P

So after shushing our then-grumbling tummies, we headed out back into the cold night where we
chill chill baby (quoted from Anz) by the roadside, just letting time pass by us whilst we waited for our super-full stomachs to settle.
Eh i want to ride that air-balloon can?! So cool kan! I thought these kinda things can only be found in countries where there are lots of open spaces, so imagine my joy when Win pointed it out to us. Yay yay! I
must ride that someday! Anyone knows how much a ride costs?

So by around 8pm, Win left us to get to a chalet, where Anz i and then embarked on our shopping spree! Wehoo! I managed to get myself a YGDA jeans (wahaha Levis copycat), earrings and when i was jusssstt about to get myself a pair of very nice flats, the mum called me up and said she was already waiting at the traffic light. Pooh!
Ok before we start on why the mum was waiting there, i want to complain that i am using a size 29! Like omg! Haha.. Die sia like that. But the shopkeeper and Anz consoled me by saying that the YGDA jeans' cutting is super small. Haiyo! Blame my big ass, cuz the waist was kinda loose. Urgh! -ok you can mock me all you want, i dun care - :P

The whole family was outside waiting in Daddy's lorry as we were supposed to go for a family dinner to celebrate Mothers' Day as well as my parents' 21st Wedding Anniversary :) The choice of place was, as you can see in the picture, Lau Pa Sat, as it had been years since we last went there. Anyway, i realised that most of the peeps eating at that time were Malays? haha..

We ordered Satay and Seafood :) So typically LauPaSat-ish.. Haha.. I have to say everything was super delicious EXCEPT for the stingray, of which there was like NO meat la, only the skin and the bones. Like wtf man. I glanced at the other tables, and found their stingrays to be more or less of the same condition also.
Ape? Stingrays all on hunger strike isit? So not worth the money :/

Cute ah my Dad? I was like taking photos, and was asking him to smile. At first he didnt want to, then once i started whining,
ah amek kau! ahahaha.. Yuuup, so after eating we walked abit, then sent Anz home and then reached our own home at approximately 11:55 pm. Super tiring and filling day :)

-Hugs-

I want babies!

Early morning and there was already a dramatic start to the day. I was happily walking to the bus stop when i noticed that everyone was staring in the same direction. So i too, being the typical Singaporean, succumbed to my curious feelings (aka Kponess) and saw two females of the same size rolling around on the grass, pulling each others' hair.
At first i thought that it was a catfight (so exciting!), but upon closer inspection, i realised that it was actually a Mother - Daughter pair, since one was a middle-aged woman and the other was a girl wearing a secondary school uniform. Upon knowing their relationship, i felt quite sad and disheartened, really.
I've always thought it as embarassing, to squabble with one's parents in a public location, what more rolling around on the grass fighting (rolling around laughing is good though).
Embarrassing for the parent, to have strangers know he/she does not have the capabilities to handle his/her child. Embarassing for the child, as he/she will usually be deemed to be the "rude" one and the one who is in the wrong. So in any case, it is a lose-lose situation.
Seeing the pair fight and having to be pried apart by a pair of strangers who were kind enough to stop their car by the roadside (all the bystanders at the busstop were just staring. So horrible!), made me so afraid of having children! What if my child grows up and acts like that? Aiyoh it will be so heart wrenching, wouldn't it?

But after looking at baby pictures like the above, blogs like
Aniq's and watching videos like
this made me sooo want a child (or two, actually) once i have a career and get married :) Hohohoho. Yada yada i know i'm like only 18 (ok sooonnn) but i have a couple of friends who want to get hitched officially by the time they reach 21. That's only 3 years away sia! :/
As for me, my ideal marrying age would be once i reach 24 - 25. That would leave me enough time to graduate from University, build up a steady career for myself and to be financially ready :) Heh. Of course like they say, all we humans can do is plan, but in the end, God determines.
Tengok jodoh lah tuuu. Wahahha..

I can only pray that my future family will be quite close knit like mine, or as super close as Peah's and not like many of the families these days of which the basic family structure has totally ceased to exist. InsyaAllah :)

It's raining damn heavily right now, with blinding lightning and deafening thunder. Truth be told, i feel quite threatened and my heartbeat's racing, so imma sneak under the covers of my blankie :) Have a good (long) weekend, readers!
Oh before i forget, the brother (
Fauzi) and i spent an hour last night singing our heart's contents to the Raihan songs like we used to do when the both of us were still in primary school. Heh. I miss those days, and with him banging the table and I singing gracefully (wahaha) last night, i was transferred back in time :)

I didn't skip PE today!
Surprising, isn't it? Haha. Anyway half the class joined forces, abandoned all the normal "sports" games and instead played childhood games like "Iceman", "Mother Hen" and "Pepsi Cola 1 2 3". Wahaha. If only there was a camera, i would gladly take pics of us cackling like mad idiots whilst the J1s looked at us as if we were retards :P
Nah. I bet they're just jealous, those deprived of childhood people! Hohoho :P (Im just consoling myself here, so humour me please)

All the running around made me so tired, so much so that i dozed off on a crowded bus in the above manner. Haiyoyoyo! Super-embarrasing.com! But i guess it wasn't that bad, since this huge guy sat beside me, so most prolly he covered up most of my itsy bitsy (cute) body from view :)

So after bathing/changing/praying/eating at home, i hustled out again to stop myself from getting distracted by temptations such as the computer, tv and bed. Got so much homework to do man, cannot be lying around all day or nothing will be done (which is the norm).

As usual,
Kimi was my partner-in-crime when it comes to studying after school. Usually we end up talking quite a lot, but even so, my work will always get done. So all's good :) I managed to complete 2 of my (way overdued) essays as well as my 64 Economics MCQs before i blogged this entry, so hurrah for Faddy!

Oh yeah! I met
Izyan, an old classmate from Higher Malay Classes back in '04 (cedebah don't i sound old saying this hehe). Seems to me that even though we spent 4 years in the same HML classes, we didn't really talk. It's weird, that most of the HML students talk more to each other
after graduating. Oh wells -shrugs-

Don't you just love
Raihan? I was itching to listen to their songs once again and with my retro cassette tapes all growing fungi, i couldn't, that is until Irah lent me her Cd copy! Yahoooo! Thanks babe! Along with Raihan, i have a huge liking for Hijjaz songs too.
Don't know why, but i don't really favour the new Nasyid bands that crop up these days. They all sound similar to each other, like they don't have distinct sounds like that la :/ Boring~
Aight to end off this entry where i can finally roll on my bed, here's a picture of my brudda in his most handsomest moment.

I pray you don't get nightmares from the above. Wahahahaha!
(Ps i took one pic in that exact pose too, but i look 1 000 x uglier. So you just imagine lah hor!)
Dimulakan dengan Bismillah
Disudahi dengan Alhamdulillah
Begitulah sehari dalam hidup kita
Mudah-mudahan dirahmati Allah...

Houston, we have a problem.

"Eh Fad! Your blog got pictures isit?"
"DUH! Haha.. Every entry got alot lah, at least 1. Why you think i keep taking photos with my hp everywhere i go?"
"But i can't seem to see any pictures at all you know!"
Oh my. Anyone else has the same problem please raise up your hand! Since i'm still tinkering with my template, might as well try to source out what's the root of the problem. Fyi, there's a picture at the beginning of this entry :)
[ Edited : Yessah! I've managed to fix the problem, at least according to the person who complained above :) Anyone else got problem please tell me hor! ]
